Responding to patient comments, we restructured our phone system to provide faster attention and improve physician/staff response.

The following guide to using our phone system is provided as a patient directory reference.

• Options are offered and the desired numeric option may be selected without listening to the remainder of the message and all options.

• "0" for an emergency or a call from a doctor's office
• "1" to schedule a future appointment with any provider
• "2" for all prescription refills
• "4" to discuss any billing questions
• "5" to leave a non-urgent message
• "6" for the office of Dr. Bradley; Dr. Shih; Tracey Johnson, NP; Jessica Guaragna, NP; or Kerry Decker, NP
• "7" for the office of Dr Ezzi; Dr. Handler; Maripat Osborne, PA; Nicole Leaver, NP; or Ariana Selby, PA
• "8" for the office of Dr. Driscoll; Dr. Narusevicius; Lauren Sherlock, NP; Bryn Sewell, NP; or Melody Saulnier, NP
• "1" for all other physicians and providers not otherwise assigned an option above.
